1. Introduction

Welcome to Space Micro Devices. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://spacemicrodevices.in and all transactions related to the supply of electronic components by us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Authorized Distribution

Space Micro Devices is an authorized distributor for Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Walsin Technology, Thinking Electronic, and other global manufacturers. All components are sourced exclusively through authorized channels.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

1. All orders are subject to written confirmation and stock availability.
2. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude GST, freight, and insurance.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and lead times apply as per manufacturer standards.
4. NCNR Policy: Parts procured specifically against a customer purchase order are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
5. Credit terms are available for approved OEM accounts. We reserve the right to modify credit limits.

4. Delivery & Logistics

We operate inventory hubs across India for fast dispatch. In-stock items are typically dispatched same-day. JIT delivery is supported for production lines. Risk and title transfer to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Warranty, Returns & DOA

1. All components carry the original manufacturer’s warranty only. We do not extend additional warranties.
2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt with a detailed failure analysis report.
3. Returns are not accepted for customer ordering errors, design changes, obsolescence, or excess inventory.
4. We do not accept returns of repacked, reworked, or altered components.

6. Technical & FAE Support

Our Field Application Engineers provide design-in support, BOM optimization, and failure analysis as a value-added service. All technical guidance is provided on a best-effort basis. The customer is solely responsible for final design validation, regulatory compliance, and production testing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Space Micro Devices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, rework costs, or design failures. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods supplied.

8. Intellectual Property

All product datasheets, trademarks, logos, and technical content on this website are the property of their respective manufacturers. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Secunderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance.
